Price drift, a dead link, a band we've mislabeled, or a K9 Advantix II listing the guide hasn't shelved — write in and it gets fixed on the next hand update.

Two things the inbox can't do: touch an order (that's the retail partner's counter) or give veterinary advice (that's your vet's exam room, with your actual dog on the table).

Everything else about the catalog is fair game — the guide is tended by hand and reads its mail.
